Incursion 2: The Artifact Walkthrough

Incursion 2: The Artifact is the thrilling sequel to the critically acclaimed strategy game, Incursion 2: The Artifact. This iteration of the series features improved graphics and new challenges to face, but it retains the same great style of gameplay introduced by its predecessor.

Like the first Incursion, the goal of Incursion 2: The Artifact is to prevent attackers from invading your lands. In order to halt the advance of your enemies, you will have to create barracks along the path, similar to building towers in a tower defense game. Rather than automatically shooting enemies, however, barracks will spawn troops which you can command to engage enemies, similar to a real-time strategy game. This hybrid style of gameplay adds additional challenges and tactical possibilities.

Training a massive army will get you nowhere in this war game unless you learn how to use it. Different units are better-suited for dealing with different enemies. Soldiers are best for defeating lightly-armored foes, archers are great against magical opponents, and sorcerers win against heavily-armored adversaries. It is also a good idea to position melee units on the front line to hold enemies in place while ranged units take shots at them from afar. This will maximize the damage that you deal and keep your army in peak fighting condition for longer periods of time.

Incursion 2: The Artifact takes the formula of the original Incursion and takes it to the next level. If you are a fan of defense games or strategy games, then this is one that you just cant miss!
