Integrated Defence Walkthrough

When starting Integrated Defence, you'll be prompted between three difficulties - per each difficulty, you'll be able to choose from three different maps as well. If this is your first time playing a tower defense game, and Integrated Defence especially, you should probably go with the easy difficult (along with the easiest map).

Your goal is to prevent as many evil souls as you can from touching your Center of Operations. This can be accomplished by building plenty of offensive towers - towers that will destroy enemy souls when they approach. However, the offensive towers need energy, so you'll have to build power generators and connect them to your towers with cables. This is where the game gets a little tricky.

Everything in this game is upgradable - from power generators to the cables you connect everything with. It's a good idea to keep upgrading everything as the waves keep progressing. If you upgrade cables enough, they'll end up being walls, and this can help shape the map how you'd like. It's also a good idea to keep simple, direct cables from power generators to the offensive towers themselves - otherwise, you're not going to be able to transfer that much energy and your towers won't work very well.

The most important thing you can do in Integrated Defence is to keep the layout of your towers and generators simple. If they get cluttered, you're not always going to be able to sell everything and build them all again, as upgrading towers is usually a better idea than buying everything new - so make sure you keep your energy grids simple and efficient.
